I began working in guardianship about 18 months ago, and the knowledge I have gained and connections I have made through GAIN have been invaluable. Beginning in this field is a bit like learning to swim, as you must consider an entirely different perspective when making decisions on behalf of another person. The GAIN conferences and webinars have given me a wealth of knowledge that improves the way I practice every day, as well as a network of support that I know I can rely on to provide insight from years of experience. I truly value the support and dedication of the entire GAIN network, and I feel it improves the practice of guardianship in the state of Iowa.
